Eat and Drink

The Restaurant Café del Tren serves great Ecuadorian food, the service is quick and very polite. It is a must visit place on Bucay. We recommend you to choose their “almuerzo” a typical Ecuadorian menu of the day – with a soup, a main plate and dessert – they give you water and a juice.  Usually an “almuerzo” will cost you $3.75 including beverages. You have also a “à la carte” menu with different kind of Ecuadorian traditional plates.

Restaurant Café del Tren Bucay

We will give you tips to eat the best way possible in Bucay. First place we recommend is the Asadero Junior Best Chicken Meals Bucay with their super big plates with the piece of chicken you choose, rice, menestra (beans stew), french fries and salad. They have also a great mayonnaise sauce ! Usually it will cost you $2.50 for the plate and $50 for water or soft drink.
